We’re an experienced 9-person team going after a $121B market opportunity experiencing significant traction looking to partner with a founding Head of Growth. Starting out, you’ll tighten up our funnel before moving to acquisition.
You Will
- Track, own and grow Kick’s key growth metrics across acquisition, activation, engagement and monetization.
- Partner with domain experts to develop high-quality content that attracts and educates our self-employed Business Owner audience.
- Onboard and maintain strategic referral partnerships with our high-profile business Creator affiliates with millions of online followers.
- Work with our Engineering, AI and Tax teams to develop useful products which drive acquisition and activation.
- Work with Design to maintain a consistent brand, messaging and web presence which includes website, Twitter, LinkedIn, and other relevant social channels.
We're Looking For Someone Who
- Has impeccable written and verbal communication skills.
- Is proactive, can take full ownership of a project and see it through completion in a fast-paced ambiguous environment.
- Can implement strategic and conceptual thinking, with the ability to explain and use data and research to guide and justify their decisions.
- Interested in collaborating with a cross-functional team to develop new content or products.
Qualifications
Evidence of exceptional ability including:
- Early employee or founder of a startup or experience at a world-class SaaS organization.
- Background being self-employed or understand the needs of individual business owners, creators and investors.
Compensation
- Competitive $120,000-$160,000 salary with significant equity (Founder shares are QSBS eligible)
